This CMP has been filed assailing the order dated 23rd November, 2020 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rourkela in C.S. No. 276 of 2015, whereby he partly allowed an application under Order VI Rule 17 C.P.C. by permitting the Plaintiff-Petitioner to incorporate the proposed amendment as per Clauses-(i)(iii)(v)(vi) (vii)(viii) and (ix) and refusing the proposed amendment as per Clauses-(ii)(iv) and (x).
In course of hearing, Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of CMP to pursue the matter before learned trial court.
