Mr. B.K.Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by the learned court below while the investigation was in progress.
So, he wants to withdraw this bail application and move the learned court below afresh for bail after investigation is completed.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of as not pressed granting the liberty sought for.
