This is an application under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (in short “the JJ) Act, 2015, challenging the order dated 18.12.2020 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jeypore, in rejecting the application of the petitioner in Criminal Appeal No.18 of 2020 in connection with Jeypore Town P.S. Case No.281 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 772 of 2020 pending in the Court of the learned Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Jeypore in J.C. Case No 42 of 2020 registered for commission of offence punishable under Section 376(D)/ 376(2)(n)/354(A)/354(C)/506/34 of I.P.C. and Sections 4/12 of POCSO Act and Section 67-A of I.T. Act.
Mr. Pratik Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw this criminal revision in order to move the learned Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Jeypore for bail afresh.
