This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner – Raju @ Sanjiba @ Sanjaya @ Bhanja Kishore Nayak in connection with Deogarh P.S. Case No.28 of 2020, corresponding to C.T. Case No. 52 of 2020 further corresponding to S.T. Case No.25 of 2020 pending in the Court of the learned Dist. & Sessions Judge, Deogarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 417/342/120-B/376(2)(n)/370A(2)/394/506 of the I.P.C.
Mr. A. K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the learned Court below for bail afresh.
The bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
