Another application has been filed by the Petitioner for grant of interim bail on the ground that his mother having expired on 15.12.2020, now he is required to remain present at home for performing the ritual ceremony as per the Muslim tradition as also to make other necessary arrangements in that regard
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record as also the surrounding circumstances, including the quantity of huge quantity of heroin seized, I am neither inclined to grant regular bail nor interim bail to the Petitioner.
The BLAPL and I.A. are accordingly dismissed.
