Issue notice.
Since Mr. P.C.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1-State, one extra copy of the brief be served on him within one week enabling him to obtain instructions in the matter.
Requisites for issuance of notice on Respondent no.2 by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. shall be filed within one week. Notice be issued making it returnable within three weeks.
Learned counsel for the appellant shall also serve another copy of the brief on Mr. P.C.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State in course of the day, for service of notice on respondent no.2 through the concerned I.O./IIC, who shall also inform respondent no.2 about the date of the posting of the case and that he/she can appear in Court either in person or

through counsel or from the Police Station through Video Conferencing to oppose/support the prayer for bail, on that date. Written endorsement and instructions regarding service of notice and intimation shall be produced by the learned State Counsel on the next date.
