Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that these Petitioners are maternal uncle and aunt of the principal accused Mitu and they have been implicated in the case without any justification being falsely assigned with later role, which has no nexus with the commission of the principal offences.

Learned counsel for the Informant and State submit that later role of these Petitioners is quite significant. Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners; it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.245 of 2020 corresponding to Spl.G.R. Case No.100 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nayagarh within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
