Case No.1851 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/465/467/468/469/471/506/323/341/294/34 IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submission and the nature of accusation and the role said to have been played by the Petitioner as those emanate from the materials available on record, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
