The matter is taken up through video conferencing.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the petitioners; it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case in connection with Bhograi P.S. Case No.223 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.722 of 2020 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar, within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further condition that they will not indulge in any criminal activity.
