In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that no case has yet been registered against the petitioner pursuant to the report of Sujata Ghadei either at Keonjhar Town or Keonjhar Sadar Police Station in the district of Keonjhar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to file the same afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.
Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
