petitioner.

The petitioner has prayed for the following relief:

“Therefore, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application issue Rule Nisi for calling upon the Opp. Parties particularly Opp. Party No.1 for show cause as to why the direction will not be issued for publication of result of the petitioner. This Hon’ble Court may make its rule absolute, if no Show Cause or insufficient show cause is filed by the said Opp. Party. This Hon’ble Court may hear the matter from the parties and direct in the writ of mandamus to the opp. party No.1 for publication of the result of the petitioner within a stipulated time for the interest of justice.

It is further prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct any other appropriate direction(s) or pass any other suitable orders or pass any other appropriate writ/writs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit just and proper. And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”

Considering the request made herein and as decision in the matter is to be taken by the Controller of Examinations, Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, opposite party no.1, the said opposite party is directed to consider the reques t of the petitioner involved therein by treating this writ petition as representation at the instance of the petitioner and take a lawful decision thereon, taking into consideration the grounds raised in this writ petition as well as the document referred to therein, within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of copy of this order.

It is the responsibility of the petitioner to serve copy of the order along with copy of the writ petition on the competent authority within a period of ten days as undertaken.
