Considering the innocuous prayer, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar (Sadar), Cuttack, opposite party no.1 to dispose of Remand R.P. Case No.103 of 2007, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months after resumption of judicial functioning, provided there is no legal impediment otherwise for proceeding in the matter.
It is the responsibility of the petitioner to serve copy of this order on the competent authority within a period of ten days, as undertaken.
