Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Considering the contention of Mr.Subrata Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners and looking to the observation in the impugned order, this Court finds no reason for interfering in the matter. However considering the further request of Sri Panda to target the application filed under Order 39 Rule 7 CPC, vide IA No.102 of 2019, arising out of C.S. No.161 of 2019, pending in the file of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Puri, this Court directs the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Puri to dispose of I.A. No.102 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order after giving opportunity of contest and hearing to both the sides.
The CMP stands thus disposed of.
