None appears for the petitioners at the time of call.
On last occasion, i.e. on 24.11.2020, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
On perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is not clear as to whether the petitioners are the owner in possession of the aforesaid land or not or whether any proceeding in respect of the case land is pending before any Court of law.
In that view of the matter, this Court is not in a position to pass any order in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a better application, if so advised.
