Heard.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in 5th line of unnumbered paragraph-4 of the order dated 11.12.2020 instead of mentioning “Plot Nos.219/2/32, 219/2/33, 219/2/35, it has been inadvertently mentioned as “Plot Nos.219/32, 219/33, 219/2” for which the Petitioners could not comply with the said order.
I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners to be correct. The order dated 11.12.2020 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent. Time fixed for the SubCollector, Athagarh-Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the applications filed by the Petitioners as at Annexure-5 series is extended for a further period of three months from today.
Rest part of the order dated 11.12.2020 shall remain unaltered.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
