with a direction to opposite party No.1 to sanction the amount at an early stage and thereafter opposite party No.3-Land Acquisition Officer, Khariar shall take consequential steps for disbursement of the compensation amount in favour of the petitioner, if there will be no impediment. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months on production of a copy of this order. 5. As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID-19, the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with the certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
