2 14.02.2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Looking to the grievance involved herein, this Court finds petitioner has appropriate remedy under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, under Sections 10 therein. In such view of the matter, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move under Section 10 of the Indian Telegraphs Act, 1885 by filing appropriate application Along with interim application before the Collector within a period of fifteen days hence, who shall do well in disposing the representation taking all actions. Considering the contingency involved herein, interim application, if any, shall also be given due urgency and dispose of accordingly.
Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
