02. 14.02.2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
For non-compliance of order dated 28.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.14872 of 2019, this contempt petition has been filed.
Considering the fact that this is a contempt for the first time, this Court instead of issuing notice to the opposite party disposes of the contempt petition directing the opposite party herein to comply with the direction of this Court dated 28.08.2019 within a further period of one month. Failure of compliance of which shall entail initiation of suo-motu contempt proceeding against the opposite party.
