For non-compliance of order dated 09.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.8561 of 2017, this contempt petition has been filed.
Considering the fact that this is a contempt for the first time, this Court instead of issuing notice to the opposite parties disposes of the contempt petition directing the opposite parties herein to comply with the direction of this Court dated 09.04.2019 within a further period of one month. Failure of compliance of which shall entail initiation of suo-motu contempt proceeding against the opposite parties.
