Mr. Maharana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-opposite party.
The averments made in the writ petition does not make out any case and it is quite confusing. However, Mr. Maharana, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sabil Khata No.199 of mouza-Sijua was recorded in the name of his father. Since his father has died in the meantime, he prays for a direction for issuance of the R.O.R. in his name.
If that be so, the petitioner has to approach the concerned authority for correction of the R.O.R. in his name. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in the event the petitioner files a properly constituted application before the concerned Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-opposite party, he shall do well to consider the same in accordance with law. This Court, however, expresses no opinion on the merit of the case of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
