The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-4 series before the Tahasildar Athagarh-Opposite Party No.3 for grant of some time for requiring presence of the petitioner at the spot for demarcation of some plots.
Regard being had to the facts and submission and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Athagarh-Opposite Party No.3 to take up the demarcation in question in the month of January 2021, after giving prior notice to the petitioner and others concerned.
As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
