Sarat Chandra Barik Vs State of Odisha(Vig.)

Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and nature of allegation, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Special Judge Vigilance, Cuttack and apply for bail in connection with Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.08 of 2020 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No.7 of 2020 within 15 (fifteen) days from today. In the event of his surrender and motion for bail, learned Special Judge Vigilance, Cuttack shall release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, including the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the I.O. for the purpose of investigation as and when required.
