This matter is taken up through Video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Considering the limited request involved in this matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.4 to consider the representation at the instance of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 (series) looking to the grounds stated in this Writ Petition and also taking into account the applicability of the judgments referred to by the petitioner.
The entire exercise shall be completed giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
