Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds, the representation of the petitioner involving the matter vide Annexure-4 since pending consideration, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Principal Accountant General (A & E), Odisha, Bhubaneswar, opposite party no.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the grounds raised in the writ petition and the documents taken in support of the same, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
