Heard Mr. J.K. Khuntia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.K. Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
Considering the pendency of the departmental proceeding over a long period of time, this Court directs the Disciplinary Authority to conclude the departmental proceeding involving the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order of this Court by the petitioner.
Writ petition thus stands disposed of.
