ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners by Video Conferencing mode.
2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the opposite parties to transfer the O.A. No.2563 of 2018 from the office of State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar to this Court and further prayed for grant of permission to the petitioners to withdraw the said O.A. No.2563 of 2018 with a liberty to proceed with W.P.(C) No.27381 of 2019 pending before this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the Tribunal has been abolished in the meantime, it is prayed that, in the interest of justice, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the aforesaid O.A.
4. Considering the fact situation of the case and limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, we are of the opinion that no purpose will be served by keeping the said O.A. pending before the Tribunal or issuing a direction to transfer the said O.A. to this Court. Therefore, in the interest of justice, it is directed that the aforesaid O.A. pending before the Tribunal be treated to be disposed of as withdrawn as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to submit a copy of this order before the Registry of the Tribunal for needful.
