Heard Mrs. Kajal Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties- State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the Prayer No.1 in the writ application has become infructuous in the meantime.
It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, vide Annexure- 6 series, the petitioner has filed a representation before the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Odisha Bridge and Construction Corporation Ltd.- Opposite Party No.1 for redressal of its grievance.
Regard being had to the facts and submission and without going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure- 6 series on merit in accordance with the relevant provisions of law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a softcopy or certified copy of this Order.
The writ application is accordingly
disposed of.
