It appears petitioners have already
submitted their representation vide Annexure-7.
Considering the fact that the matter is still pending before the opposite party no.3, this Court dispose of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the case of the petitioner and also the show-cause notice involving Annexure-6 but however keeping in view the Office Memorandum at Annexure-5. Decision as appropriate be taken within a period of one month from the date of communication of the order along with copy of the writ petition involving the Contractor, Opposite Party No.5. In the meantime, amount if any lying with the Contractor, may not be disbursed.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
It is the responsibility of the petitioner to serve copy of the order along with copy of the writ petition on the competent authority within a period of ten days as undertaken.
