Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the representation at the instance of the petitioner, vide Annexure-6 on the selfsame grounds, this writ petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.Ps.1 & 2 to look into the request of the petitioner, vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate orders on the same taking into consideration the grounds raised in this writ petition within a period of one and half months from the date of lifting of lockdown. It is responsibility of the petitioner to serve a copy of this order as well as copy of the writ petition on O.Ps.1 & 2 within seven days, as undertaken.
