Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate.
Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to opposite parties to re-engage her as daily wage Mulia in consideration of her prayer made in Annexure-7.
Earlier petitioner has moved this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6686 of 2020. On 26.2.2020 this Court has also observed that the petitioner has not expressed under what right she will continue on such engagement. Thereafter on 6.3.2020 the writ petition was disposed as withdrawn. The petitioner without explaining her right filed the present writ petition for re-engagement as daily wage mulia.

A further additional affidavit was filed on behalf of the petitioner on 10.8.2020 wherein it has been stated that she has approached the Hon’ble Chief Justice seeking her re-engagement on 21.7.2020.
In view of the above there is nothing remains to be adjudicated and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
