Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to opposite parties to grant No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner-institution for opening of ANM course in the name of Ananta Sarada Nursing School at Khetrapatna in the district of Mayurbhanj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the help of local people Ananta Sarada Nursing School, Khetrapatna in the district of Mayurbhanj was established. As per the requirement before opening of the college No Objection Certificate is to be issued by the State Government for which necessary proposal and other documents were submitted before the State Government i.e. in Health and Family Welfare Department. He further submits that reiterating the aforesaid grievance petitioner has filed a representation before Commissioner-cumSecretary Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 3.10.2019 and the same is still pending. Hence the present writ petition.

Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to opposite party No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
