The petitioners in this Writ Petition pray for a direction to the opposite parties to sanction and disburse the compensation amount pursuant to the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Bhawanipatna in LAR No.32 of 2010, which has been confirmed by this Court in LAA No.77 of 2013 within a stipulated period.
Since order passed in LAA No.77 of 2013 in the National Lok Adalat is a decree, let the State Government comply the order within a period of three months from today.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
