This matter is placed in the Micro Level E-Lok Adalat and is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for the appellant, Officers of the Insurance Company and the learned counsel for the respondents are present.
It is agreed by the parties that a further consolidated amount of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) over and above the awarded amount shall be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant within a period of eight weeks.
It is therefore, directed that the respondent- Insurance Company shall deposit the agreed amount of Rs.20,000/-( twenty thousand) within a period of eight weeks from today. On depositing the same, learned Tribunal shall disburse the amount in favour of the claimant.
As the settlement is arrived at before the Lok Adalat, no court fee shall be levied on the claimant.
The MACA is accordingly disposed of.
