This is an application for modification of the order dated 12.09.2020.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that inadvertently in paragraph-6 of the order dated 12.09.2020, right of recovery has been given to the Insurance Company, which is not required in the fact situation of the case and the said portion may be deleted and therefore, the order be modified accordingly.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, it is ordered that paragraph-6 of the order dated 12.09.2020 starting from the words “The Insurance Company ……….. in accordance with law” stands deleted.
With the aforesaid modification, the rest part of the order dated 12.09.2020 remains unaltered.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
