This is an application for modification of order dated 19.12.2020 by which the matter was disposed of in the Lok Adalat.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that although parties were agreed that further consolidated amount of Rs.30,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before learned Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order, i.e., 19.12.2020. But inadvertently, the order uploaded in the website of this Court reflects the said figure to be Rs.20,000/-. Hence, he prays for necessary correction of the said order dated 19.12.2020.
On perusal of the order dated 19.12.2020, it appears that the amount of Rs.30,000/- has been rightly reflected in figure as well as in words However, the grievance of the appellant/petitioner is that order uploaded in the website of this Court shows the further consolidated amount to be deposited by the Insurance Company as Rs.20,000/-.
Therefore, Office is directed to withdraw the incorrect order dated 19.12.2020 from the website and in its place correct order of the even date shall be uploaded.
Due to this inadvertent mistake in uploading of the correct order, the time period fixed in the order dated
19.12.2020, i.e., eight weeks for deposit of the further consolidated amount of Rs.30,000/- is hereby extended for another period of eight weeks.
With the aforesaid modification in order dated 19.12.2020, the instant I.A. stands disposed of.
Authenticated copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court shall be treated at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed in this Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020.
