This matter is taken up through Video conferencing because of COVID-19 pandemic.
This case was originally heard on 06.10.2020 and judgment was delivered on 16.10.2020. But, because of the restricted moment of the personnel, unfortunately, the soft copy of the judgment has not been uploaded in the website of the Court so that the appellant could not prefer appeal, if any, against the judgment before the Hon’ble Supreme Court within the prescribed time. When such fact was brought to our notice, we thought it proper to deliver the judgment again in open Court today (without changing the original judgment in any manner), so that the period of limitation for preferring appeal, if any, before the Hon’ble Supreme Court will not be affected in any way.
The judgment is pronounced in separate sheet.
Lower court records be sent back forthwith.
As restrictions are continuing due to COVID-19 pandemic, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
