This application has been filed for extension of time to surrender.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, the date of his surrendering is extended till 5th May, 2021. It is made clear that in the event the petitioner fails to surrender before the court below on or before 5th May, 2021, the order dated 13th November, 2021 shall not be given effect to.
The I.A. is disposed of.
