Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he was earlier released on bail in G.R.Case No.612 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur for alleged offences under Sections 436/294/506/34 of the I.P.C. and subsequently due to his non-appearance before the court below, for the reason of communication gap with his lawyer, NBW of arrest was issued against him on 5.9.2019 under Annexure-1.

Thus, considering the limited nature of prayer and after hearing the learned counsel for the State, the Criminal Misc.Case is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner surrenders on or before 1.12.2020 before the court below, he be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
