The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard Mr. P. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that he was on bail in C.T. (Sessions) Case No.53 of 2017 pending in the court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar for alleged offences under Section 294/354/307/506 of I.P.C. and subsequently due to his non-appearance before the court below, for the reason of communication gap with his Advocate, NBW of arrest was issued against him by order dtd.07.01.2020.
Thus considering the limited nature of prayer and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the CRLMC is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner surrenders on or before 07.12.2020 before the learned court below and moves for bail, he be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
