However, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned court below and move for bail. In such event, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in connection with Talasari Marine P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 within a period of fifteen days from today and moves for bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below in accordance with law on the same day.
