Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Contempt Application has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 22.07.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.12310 of 2019 has not been worked out by the opposite party as of now.
Considering the submissions made, this Court observes, instead of issuing notice, it would be appropriate to given one more opportunity to the opposite party to comply the order of this Court dated 22.07.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.12310 of 2019. In the process, while disposing this Contempt Application, this Court directs the opposite party to work out the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(C) No.12310 of 2019 on 22.07.2019 by taking all effective steps within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the petitioner, in the event there is no stay order operating involving the order dated 22.07.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.12310 of 2019 by the higher forum. It is made clear that in the event the order of this Court dated 22.07.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.12310 of 2019 is not worked out within the time stipulated hereinabove, a suo motu contempt proceeding will be initiated against the opposite party.
