The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard Mr. S.Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.Varadwaj, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.
It appears that the order dated 05.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 13233 of 2019 has not yet been complied with.
Let the opposite parties comply with the same, if not already complied with in the meantime, within a period of four months from the date of communication/ production of certified/authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
Contempt proceeding is accordingly disposed of.
