Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Nimapada in G.R. Case No. 543 of 2019, arising out of Balanga P.S. Case No.124 of 2019, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
