Heard Mr. G. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. Das, learned Addl. Government Advocate; and also perused the record.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned SDJM, Malkangiri in G.R. Case No. 31 of 2020, arising out of Orkel P.S. Case No.07 of 2020, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
