ABLAPL No. 6433 of 2020
The petitioners are allegedly involved in connection with Tihidi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 951 of 2020, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/366/294/506/34 of I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that Aswini Jena is the principal accused and petitioners are father and brother of the said principal accused.
Perused the F.I.R. The allegation in the F.I.R. is that they have abused the informant when the informant enquired about his daughter. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the materials available on record, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer with such conditions as he deems fit and proper with further conditions that they shall cooperate with the investigation and shall be available before the investigating agency as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
