Perused the F.I.R. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made against petitioner No.3-Sashikala Kar @ Dwibedi, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioner No.3 in connection with the aforesaid case, she shall be released on bail by the arresting officer with such conditions as he deems fit and proper with further conditions that she shall cooperate with the investigation and shall be available before the investigating agency as and when required for the purpose of investigation. So far as petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned this Court directs that in case they shall surrenders before the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur and move an application for bail, the learned J.M.F.C. shall dispose of the same in the first hour of the day. In case of rejection of the bail application of the petitioners, they may move for bail before the next higher forum in the second hour of the day and in that event, the bail application of the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 shall be disposed of by the higher forum in accordance with law. Records shall be transmitted to the court below at the cost of the petitioners. Injury report along with the case diary shall be made available on the same day.
