Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate and Mr.S.S.Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the informant.
The petitioners are allegedly involved in connection with Kamakshya Nagar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2020 corresponding to C.T.(Spl.) Case No. 14 of 2020, pending before the learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Court, Kamakshya Nagar for alleged commission of offence under Sections 143/452/341/294/323 /325/354/427/506/147/148/149 of I.P.C. along with Section 3(1)(e)(s)/1(va) of SC & ST(PA) Act and Section 25 of Arms Act.
Mr.Pattanaik, learned counsel appearing for the informant raised objection.
Considering the above fact and circumstances and after going through the materials on record as well as the offences are not serious in nature, this Court directs that in case the petitioners surrender before the learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Court, Kamakshya Nagar and move an application for bail in such event the court below shall release them on bail with such conditions as he deems fit and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
