This application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.307 of 2020 arising out of Tarasingh P.S. Case No.67 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar for alleged commission of offences under Sections 182 / 200 / 419 / 420 / 467 / 468 / 470 / 471 / 120-B / 34 of I.P.C. read with Sections 81 and 82 of the Registration Act, 1908.

Case Diary is not available. Perused the materials available on record. It appears that earlier the petitioner had approached the learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar for grant of bail, which was rejected vide order dated 12.04.2020. Thereafter the petitioner has moved the Court of Sessions in BLAPL No.197 of 2020 and the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar vide order dated 06.05.2020 rejected the bail application of the petitioner with an observation that there appears greater possibility of the present petitioner indulging in a criminal conspiracy in the criminal act of creation of a fake sale deed instead of specific materials on record. The petitioner is a deed writer and he is inside the custody since 12.04.2020.

Considering the above and as there is no specific materials on record as reveals from the order dated 06.05.2020, this Court sets aside the order dated 06.05.2020 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar in BLAPL no.197 of 2020 and directs that let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the court below as deemed fit and proper.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
