This application has been filed for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with Kujang P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 82 of 2019 pending in the file of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kujanga for commission of offence under Sections 306, 506 and 34 IPC.
Perused the order dated 18.05.2020 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kujanga in C.T. Case No. 82 of 2019.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the impugned order dated 18.05.2020, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the trial of the case be expedited and the charge be framed by the Trial Court. It is open to the petitioner to move for bail after the charge is framed.
The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
