The petitioner has filed this application against the order of disengagement of Home Guard, against which appeal lies and instead of preferring appeal, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the application.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
